Secretive Baylor regents contribute to spiraling crisis

Baylor University is in crisis.
Nearly a year after widespread allegations of sexual assault were made public, the university is still reeling from the scandal.
In a court filing recently made public, members of the board of regents revealed selected details of the investigation conducted last year by the Philadelphia law firm Pepper Hamilton. The document paints a bleak picture of an out-of-control football program, a non-existent or impotent Title IX office, and alleged sexual assault victims treated carelessly.
